Sherlyn L. Fenton, OTD, MS, OTR/L, Director of Operations

Sherry Fenton - EREHABDIRECTMs. Fenton has directed rehabilitation in acute, sub-acute, long-term care, and outpatient settings.  Doctor of Occupational Therapy, clinician, manager, consultant, author, lecturer, and entrepreneur are all roles in which Ms. Fenton has excelled in the areas of human function and performance redesign.  Ms. Fenton is the past President for the Massachusetts Association for Occupational Therapy and served as Vice Chair for the American Occupational Therapy Association’s (AOTA) Committee for State Association Presidents (ASAP) and Representative of ASAP to AOTA’s Representative Assembly.


Mary L. Gennerman, OTR/L, Director of Clinical Services

Ms. Gennerman has directed rehabilitation in long-term care and outpatient clinics nationwide for in-house and contract therapy companies.  Skilled nursing facility clinical compliance and reimbursement regulations have been the focus of her clinical and operational responsibilities for more than twenty-five years.  Ms. Gennerman brings her depth of experience and understanding of the long-term care environment to our team.


Thomas F. Rackett, BS, CPA, Director of Finance

Mr. Rackett has directed financial operations and developed information systems for numerous contract therapy providers with operations in multiple states.  His credentials as a New York State Certified Public Accountant and fifteen years of long-term care experience in therapy management and information systems design make him eminently qualified to oversee the financial aspects of your practice.  Prior to that time, he was a senior manager for a “Big 4” accounting and consulting firm.  Mr. Rackett is a member in good standing of the American Institute of CPA’s and the New York State Society of CPA’s.


Frank D’Angelo, BS, MBA, Director of Information Systems

Mr. D’Angelo's credentials include a BS degree in System Engineering and Operations Research along with an MBA in Finance.  Prior to forming a successful information technology consulting company, he was the IT Director for a number of fortune 100 companies.  Mr. D’Angelo now leads the IT team for Summit Software Inc. and develops and distributes the CarePoint therapy management system.  Mr. D’Angelo has more than twenty years of IT  and business consulting experience; bringing a unique perspective to solving business process problems using targeted software solutions and best corporate practices.
